एक महिनाभित्र कर्जा नतिरे सहकारीका सञ्चालकहरूको सम्पत्ति रोक्का र कालोसूचीमा राख्ने स्वरोजगार कोषको चेतावनी

नेपाल सरकार, युवा, श्रम तथा रोजगार मन्त्रालयअन्तर्गतको 'युवा तथा साना व्यवसायी स्वरोजगार कोष'ले कोषबाट थोक कर्जा लिएर लामो समयसम्म पनि चुक्ता नगर्ने सहकारी संस्थाहरूलाई रकम बुझाउन अन्तिम म्याद दिएको छ। कोषले मिति २०८३/०६/२८ मा एक 'अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना' जारी गर्दै सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १ महिनाभित्र कोषलाई तिर्न बुझाउनुपर्ने सम्पूर्ण रकम अनिवार्य रूपमा बुझाउन निर्देशन दिएको हो। विभिन्न सहकारी संस्थाहरूले लिएको थोक कर्जा आजको मितिसम्म पनि चुक्ता नगरेकाले बाध्य भएर यो कडा कदम चाल्नुपरेको कोषले जनाएको छ।

यदि तोकिएको एक महिनाको समयसीमाभित्र कोषको रकम नबुझाएमा सम्बन्धित संस्थाका सञ्चालक समिति, लेखा समिति र कर्जा उप-समितिका पदाधिकारी तथा सदस्यहरूलाई कालोसूचीमा राखिनेछ। साथै, निजहरूको बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थामा रहेका खाताहरू रोक्का राख्ने, निजहरूको आफ्नो र एकाघर परिवारको नाममा रहेको चल-अचल सम्पत्तिसमेत रोक्का राखिने चेतावनी दिइएको छ। यसका अतिरिक्त, नेपाल सरकारबाट प्रदान गरिने सेवा-सुविधाबाट वञ्चित गर्नुका साथै प्रचलित कानुन बमोजिम कडा कारबाही गरी कोषको रकम असुल उपर गरिने व्यहोरासमेत जानकारी गराइएको छ। कुपण्डोल, काठमाडौँमा रहेको कोषले तोकिएको मितिभित्रै सम्पूर्ण बक्यौता रकम बुझाई सम्भावित कानुनी कारबाहीबाट बच्न सम्बन्धित सबै सहकारी संस्थाहरूलाई अनुरोध गरेको छ।

The Youth and Small Entrepreneur Self-Employment Fund, under Nepal’s Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment, has issued a final notice to cooperative institutions that have failed to repay wholesale loans received from the Fund. In an urgent notice dated 2083/06/28, the Fund directed the concerned cooperatives to repay all outstanding amounts within one month of publication of the notice.

If the loans are not repaid within the deadline, members and office-bearers of the concerned management committees, audit committees, and loan subcommittees will be blacklisted. They may also be denied government services and face legal action to recover the outstanding funds.
