समस्याग्रस्त सहकारीको कर्जा भुक्तानी गर्न सरकारको कडा निर्देशन

समस्याग्रस्त सहकारी व्यवस्थापन समिति ले समस्याग्रस्त सहकारी संस्थाहरूका कर्जा भुक्तानी गर्न सम्बन्धित पक्षलाई तत्काल पहल गर्न आग्रह गरेको छ।

भूमि व्यवस्था, सहकारी तथा गरिबी निवारण मन्त्रालय अन्तर्गत रहेको समितिले २०८३ बैसाख २२ गते सूचना जारी गर्दै सहकारी ऐन, २०७४ को दफा १०४ बमोजिम समस्याग्रस्त घोषणा भएका सहकारी संस्थाहरूका सञ्चालक, ऋणी सदस्य, व्यवस्थापक तथा जमानीकर्तालाई तुरुन्त कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गर्न निर्देशन दिएको हो।

समितिका अनुसार, सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिहरूले संस्थाबाट लिएको कर्जाको साँवा, ब्याज र हर्जना तत्काल भुक्तानी गर्नुपर्नेछ। अन्यथा धारा, बन्दी, सिफारिस लगायत सार्वजनिक सेवामा रोक, नाम सार्वजनिक गर्ने, कालोसूचीमा राख्ने, सम्पत्ति लिलाम गर्ने तथा कैद र जरिवाना जस्ता कानुनी कारबाही हुने चेतावनी दिइएको छ।

समितिले समयमै कर्जा चुक्ता गरी कानुनी झन्झटबाट बच्न सबै पक्षलाई अनुरोध गरेको छ। साथै, ढिलाइ नगरी तुरुन्त भुक्तानी गर्नसमेत आह्वान गरिएको छ।

उक्त सूचना समस्याग्रस्त सहकारी व्यवस्थापन समितिको कार्यालय, बबरमहल, काठमाडौंबाट जारी गरिएको हो।

The Problematic Cooperatives Management Committee has urged all concerned parties to immediately take initiative to repay loans of troubled cooperative institutions.

Issuing a notice on Baisakh 22, 2083 under the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, the committee instructed directors, borrower members, managers, and guarantors of cooperatives declared problematic under Section 104 of the Cooperative Act, 2074, to contact the office without delay.

According to the committee, individuals concerned must immediately repay the principal, interest, and penalties on the loans taken from the institutions. Otherwise, they may face legal actions such as restrictions on public services, publication of names, blacklisting, auction of assets, as well as fines and imprisonment.

The committee has requested all parties to clear their dues on time to avoid legal complications and has also urged them not to delay repayment further.
